After The Service
We are intending to hold a post-service chat on Zoom, from around 11:30am on Sunday morning for about half an hour. You are very welcome to join us — click on the button below to do so. We usually break into smaller groups for a few minutes from about 11:45am.
Lesley's prayers this morning were based around a traditional Irish blessing. Here is a sung version of it:
The Baptist Union of Great Britain are holding a short prayer broadcast every Wednesday evening at 7pm. The link for this week's broadcast (and recordings of previous ones) should be available at this page on the Baptists Together website.
Our service next Sunday morning (8th November) will include an Act of Remembrance at 11am, live on Zoom (the meeting will start at 10:50am). After the Act of Remembrance you will have the opportunity to stay on and participate in the rest of the service together. The service page will, as usual, be available at any time but we encourage you to join the meeting if you can. There will be about 20 minutes of material at the start of the service page, so if you begin at 10:30am you should have time to complete that before joining us on Zoom.
This week's sermon is part of our Be Confident in God series. If you missed any of the previous sermons from this or from our recent series on Listening to God, or if you wish to listen to them or watch them again, you will find them all here (along with links to the services they were originally in):
